Equipment Manager – Hands-On Role Keeping Our Fleet Job-Ready
About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running, organized, and ready to go.
This is a hands-on role supporting our field crews by making sure trucks, equipment, and tools are maintained, tracked, and job-ready every day. You’ll work closely with our office and field teams to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep equipment, trucks, and tools job-ready and in good condition.
- Perform basic maintenance (oil changes, filters, fluids, minor repairs).
- Track equipment usage, issues, and service needs.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop/yard.
- Stage equipment and support daily job needs.
- Help hold accountability for proper equipment care across crews.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction, equipment, or fleet support.
- Basic mechanical knowledge (you don’t need to be a full mechanic).
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
